It includes well organized lesson plans and systematically works though 570 academic words that are common in college texts, and on standardized tests, including the TOEFL.
There are also activities teachers can use to scaffold content for students who may need a little more help to understand the kind of content that can be found on the test. Chapters are organized thematically, which gives students some context for what they are studying.
